The current model of executive education needs reinvention. The pace of development of working knowledge in the industry is greater than knowledge creation in academia. Therefore the creation of case studies to disseminate knowledge using real business contexts is lagging. Executive Education for working professionals in a digital age and in a flat world is best taught by academics and practitioners together.
